On the night of Friday 13th, the full moon casts its<br />
light on NCC’s E18 Østfold project in Norway. The<br />
upgrade of the E18 motorway from Oslo to the<br />
Swedish border is at rest until dawn. The new stretch<br />
of just over 10 kilometres that skirts the centres of<br />
population will make driving safer.<br />
The road will open to traffic in September 2016.<br />
