THE JOHN COOPER SCHOOL
FROM CURIOSITY TO WISDOM
VOLUME ONE // ISSUE ONE // WINTER 2020
CONTRIBUTORS
This issue includes a
feature that looks at
the part of our mis-
sion charged with developing responsible leaders and
citizens. The Assistant Heads of each division – James
Choi (Lower School), Elisa Inman (Middle School) and
Gillian Crane (Upper School) – each offer a perspective
on how leadership is nurtured in our students.
Jane Choi teaches
science to kindergarten
through second grade
students. She writes in this issue about
the benefits and outcomes of a collabo-
rative project with Cooper’s Food Services
Department that was initiated last summer.
Students, faculty and staff who eat lunch on
campus are reaping the delicious benefits of
this collaboration.
