Exciting things are happening in healthcare for Great Bend, Kansas.<br />
On August 1, 2019, our teams celebrated the first anniversary of our joining The University of Kansas Health System. Becoming a part of this nationally recognized organization has brought many benefits to our patients, staff and community. Our staff has embraced the opportunity to closely collaborate with a variety of specialists from Kansas City, making more expertise available in our home community. Patients appreciate the opportunity to receive more specialty services closer to home – and, sometimes, within their homes thanks to telehealth.<br />
Teams at multiple locations in Great Bend have become one team together with the larger health system team.
