This summer issue of The<br />
Rainbow is devoted to health<br />
and wellness. While there<br />
are many dimensions of<br />
wellness I want to speak to<br />
the physical dimension and<br />
recognizing the need for<br />
physical activity, healthy<br />
food and sleep.<br />
I’m sure you have heard<br />
this story before, but for<br />
more than 20 years, I enjoyed<br />
my career working crazy<br />
hours to make deadlines,<br />
traveling and eating out far<br />
too often — living the good<br />
life. As a result, I entirely<br />
lost sight of my health. Then,<br />
my company announced<br />
an employee wellness<br />
screening day, so I set up<br />
