Baked celeriac, parsnip purée, Jerusalem artichoke crisps,
pickled beech mushrooms, browned butter sauce with herbs, and
salad of avocado carpaccio with basil pesto,
Grana Padano, roasted almonds, olive oil and herbs
DESSERT
Risalamande (Christmas rice pudding) with cherry sauce
and strawberry sauce
